Room available $822 rent

Hello! I am moving out of my place and need someone (female) to take over my part of the lease! The lease is 18 months long, but started mid May so it should end in November 2027. There are two other roommates that are there, Sara and Elise, and they are super great, friendly, and communicative. It is a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse in Mesa off of Val Vista and McDowell. They are new build homes and smart homes so everything can be done from your phone! There is a really nice gym and a pool and the leasing office is really communicative. There are 4 animals there, 3 dogs and a cat so you HAVE to be okay with living with animals. Sara and Elise are open to inviting another smaller dog or another cat into the home, but please be aware that there are already 4 animals. Your portion of rent would be $822 and then all utilities are split three ways. You would have a room upstairs with a walk in closet and ceiling fan as well as you would share a bathroom with Elise that has two sinks, lots of space and a tall shower. You would also get a space in the garage if you have a small enough car! I drive a compact SUV and mine fits great with some extra room for reference.
