About this place
Hi! I have a fully furnished private primary suite available in a quiet, well-maintained Mesa resort community. I enjoy hosting and understand the need for a calm, respectful home environment after long shifts.

I am the only other roommate and I work Friday, Saturday and Sunday in my retail store. I am pretty quiet you will barely know I'm there on my days off. You'll have your own full size refrigerator and cupboard space in the kitchen and access to all kitchen accessories.

**The suite includes:
• Private en-suite bathroom
• Private hallway entrance (it's a split bedroom plan with each bedroom on the opposite side of the house from each other)
• Comfortable furnished bedroom with fresh new sheets and towels, comfy memory foam bed and adjustable bed base.
* 48" smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Video
* Quiet room on the back of the house
• Blackout window coverings to be added (ideal for day sleepers)
• Ample storage space in walk in closet.
• Utilities included
* An office desk (chair will be added soon)
* Your own parking space on the driveway
