Cozy Guest House Now Showing

This 400sqft Guest House is ready for new tenants! I spent the first part of this year remodeling the interior and exterior features. This is a one bedroom, 3/4 bathroom unit separate from the main house on my property in Boulder Creek of East Mesa. There is plenty of parking right outside on the street where you enter through the gate into the backyard here. I am searching for a tenant who would be interested in their own private dwelling and therefore would do their best to uphold their end of the lease. On that same end of respectful , I appreciate someone who is careful, safe and helpful and doesn't commit to making loud noises at night. I do not allow smoking inside any of my buildings.
