Professional, responsible 56-year-old male looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home for a 9–12 month commitment. I’m easygoing, respectful, clean, dependable, and considerate of other people’s space.
I’m looking for a room with a private bathroom, reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and electricity/utilities included in the monthly rent. I also need a safe place to park my vehicle and enough room in the bedroom or another designated area for a small workstation with a computer and monitor.
I work and keep a regular schedule, and I’m looking for a home that is clean, reasonably quiet, and comfortable. I’m respectful of household rules and would like to find a good fit where everyone can enjoy their privacy while still being friendly.
I’m prepared to make a 9- or 12-month commitment for the right place.
