2 people needed to take over shared room 2 BR 2 BH

We are looking for 2 people to take over a shared bedroom in a 2-bedroom 2-Bathroom apartment. Rent is approximately $1,100–$1,200 total for the room, split between two roommates which would be around $550-590 per person. Bathroom is private and located right next to the room. If there is only one person taking over it will be around $800 a month. The third roommate is still on the lease but no longer living in the master bedroom. So you’ll be able to occupy both rooms and bathrooms without extra cost. Base rent is $1,686 excluding utilities. All applicants must be approved by the leasing office and meet income requirements.”
