The room is a 10’ x 10’ carpeted room with a ceiling fan and dimmable lights. Each bedroom has a smart lock. Room is furnished with a queen size bed. Wall mounted TV, Small desk and curtains.

This is a month-to-month rent with a request for 30 day notice upon leaving. Payment due when you first arrive and then on the 1st of every month thereafter. Short term or long term is ok, preferably long term.
