We aren't partiers, but on occasion may have a small gathering with a couple friends. All utilities included in the price.
Security deposit is one month’s rent (fully refundable upon satisfactory leave or deducted if damage is found). First month and security deposit due on move-in date for a total of first month + deposit. Bedroom in a brand new SMART house in a gated community, available to move in as of this posting. This is a new house in a newly built community with all new modern appliances. Gated community with its own park and other amenities including playground, picnic areas, walking trails. House is a smart house with alarms and security measures. Each roommate will be provided with the gate code and house code.
Furnished living room, kitchen, and backyard access.
All kitchen access (except for personal foods). This includes access to kitchen appliances, new silverwares and dishwares. Fast wifi internet.
Reverse-osmosis water filter installed. AC kept at a cool all year around

Parking first come-first serve available on driveway and street parking with plenty of street parking.

No pets. No smoking.
