I’m looking for a Christian woman to take over my room in a cozy, welcoming two-story home in Buckeye near Jackrabbit and Verrado.

This home has a great sense of community. We have weekly Bible studies every Thursday (recently they’ve been held at our pastor’s home), and it’s a peaceful, faith-centered environment.

House expectations:

Clean up after yourself and help keep shared spaces tidy.
Buy your own groceries and personal items.
We rotate purchasing shared household essentials such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher pods.
We’re looking for someone who is:

A Christian woman who values her faith.
Kind, respectful, and considerate of others.
Friendly and enjoys living in a positive, encouraging home.
Responsible, clean, and communicates well.
Looking to be part of a peaceful, supportive household.
The Base pay of rent is 650 utilities vary doesn’t exceed over a grand. Only times it goes up is when we’re in the hotter months of the year !!

Our home is shared with two wonderful women who are kind, respectful, and faith-driven. We enjoy fellowship, occasional activities together, and supporting one another while maintaining a peaceful, clean, and Christ-centered home. We’re looking for someone who will be a great fit with our positive and respectful household.
