This is a huge 3 bedroom 2 full bath house with a huge closed in backyard. Close to bus stations and expressway a few blocks from all local grocery stores and restaurants..
I'm looking for a chill roommate to offset the cost of living here. I also have a little Chihuahua and my 9yr old daughter that lives here. The room for rent is a normal size room. We have a huge backyard, Central air and washer/drier. Very protected neighborhood. Utilities included with rent. No major restrictions outside of company.
