I am offering a room (furnished or non-furnished) for rent in my home to a working professional or student (single occupant, no pets).
My home is in a beautiful, quiet community just 1 mile away from the 202 Loop (in Southwest Phoenix).
I am asking $750/mo (this includes all utilities).
Room is available and ready to move in: Today

Details:
* You will have your own private room in a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom house.
* You will be sharing a bathroom (currently no other tenant).
* Currently 1 Male living in the property (myself, Owner Occupant).
* Plenty of street parking in front of the house.
* Hallway with cabinets that you can store items in (to be shared with future housemate).
* The shared areas will be the Living Room, Kitchen, Backyard, Laundry Room, and Garage.
* Room Available: Today

Requirements before moving in:
* First Month’s Rent ($750), Last Month’s Rent ($750), and Reimbursable Security Deposit ($300) for a grand total of $1,800 – First month’s rent will be prorated based on the move-in date.
* Sign Rental Agreement.

Roommate Preference:
* Pay Rent on Time
* One Vehicle
* Clean
* Respectful
* Able to Communicate if any Issues Arise
