New home 3 years old.

Shared areas - parking , guest bathroom , kitchen, dining, and living area.

Current House Mates - My fiance and I are both currently living at this home. We are the landlords. We love cars, gaming, watching tv, late nights. We are super friendly! My fiance works from home so during the week days must be quiet in the house..
4am - 3pm.

We have a dog in training.

We are looking for a fun, reliable roommate. Someone that is willing to hang out, be able to say something if something makes you upset with what we do. We are willing to work with you if you work with us. We split utility bills completely even between anyone that lives here.
