I am a 23 year old man looking for
room mates who share these qualities:

Pays the rent on time & every time ( $750 per month. Rent is due on the 1st of every month)

Understand what a reasonable volume is, as to not anger or disturb other room mates. Bring headphones ( Quiet time after 11pm )

Bring and eat your own food. It is a good idea to even label your food with your name on it so there are no mix ups.

Be sure to turn the stove and burners off when done using them.

If you make a mess simply clean up after your self. Don’t leave your belongings lying around in common areas.

Communication - An effective communicator takes the time to think before they speak. Then, they clearly share their thoughts or point-of-view without judgement.

Friendly - We don’t all have to have the same interest, but having a positive vibe will help the house feel for comfortable & pleasant. this will make it easier for everyone to get along.

Responsible - ‍Responsibility goes a long way in building trust with your roommates. A responsible roommate pays their rent on time, cleans up after themselves, makes sure doors are locked, and generally looks out for the safety and security of the home.

Considerate - Just as a good communicator is thoughtful with words, a considerate person is thoughtful with their actions. Sharing a living space with others means that your actions impact your roommates. Be mindful of their time, space, and needs and how your actions might affect them

Respectful - ‍When you’re respectful, it means you care about the feelings and rights of your roommates. You can respect someone without having to be their best friend. A good roommate may show their respect for roommates by being quiet when they’re sleeping, leaving common areas clean, smoking in designated areas, and following house rules.

Co operative - ‍Cooperative roommates are willing to compromise and work towards a shared goal. Being cooperative can help prevent issues but it can else help resolve them when they do arise. Cooperation between roommates can be working together to create and follow house rules. It can be sitting down to find common ground when problems come up.

Cleanliness - clean up after yourself completely. This will help roomies avoid conflict. Put yourself in the other persons shoes.

Room 1 size - 16’ x 13’ room with 7’ x 5’ Walk in closet -
Room 2 size - 17.5’ x 15 ‘ - including walk in closet

Laundry room - each person can have their own day . to do laundry that being a day Monday - Friday.

Large walk-in laundry room with washer & dryer included as well as shelving for laundry needs.
