Share our executive 3330sq ft home with mature adults. We are very social and enjoy having friendly social guest share our home. We are not party people and respect the need for a quiet safe place for those that work. You can be as social with us as your comfortable with.

You are invited to cook in the kitchen as well as share an occasional meal with us when I cook more than enough for the 2 of us. The only requirement is that , if you are cooking you always leave the kitchen as clean as it was when you started cooking.

$300/ refundable deposit (if rooms are left as found)

Absolutely NO drugs, weapons, smoking, vaping or excessive drinking in or around property. No pets of any kind. No leaking
vehicles. Must be very clean.

King Sized Bedroom with dresser, desk, TV, Mini Fridge w/Freezer and coffee maker.
(2nd room next door available for visiting related guest on occasion for an additional nightly fee.)

Parking for 1 non-leaking vehicle
