In the middle of my roommate moving out so the photos have a little bit of mess in them. Apartment is always organized and clean otherwise.

Private room available in a fully furnished 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with move-in available anytime and no upfront costs.

The available bedroom will come furnished, but the furniture can be removed if you have your own stuff. You’ll have your own private bathroom, which is occasionally used by guests when visiting.

About me:
I’m a 24-year-old working professional with a typical 9-5 schedule. I’m looking for a quiet, respectful roommate, preferably another professional in their 20s who values a clean and relaxed living environment.

The location is perfect. The complex is directly next to Costco and lots of other stores and restaurants within 5 minutes. Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter are less than 10 minutes away. Freeway access is within a mile, making commuting really easy.

The community itself is quiet, well-maintained, and has excellent management and maintenance staff who are quick to respond when needed.

Currently there is no dining table, but that is a work in progress.
