I'm the type to mostly keep to myself, but I'm not opposed to connecting organically! I'm a Pisces LGBTQ community member who grew up in Phoenix (Maryvale area and have owned my home here in Goodyear since 2019. The property is currently being shared with one other tenant. We both work overnight, so someone with a similar schedule would be ideal to minimize sleep disturbances during the daytime. My seven (going on eight) year-old and I share the primary bedroom and bathroom. The hall bathroom would be shared between you and the other tenant. You will also have laundry access with a (brand new) washer and dryer. No dishwasher.
Common areas are shared, but we don't have a couch at the moment, just a kitchen table and the TV. The vibe is very mellow. I have three male cats; all neutered. I also have a little old lady doggo that is spayed. I am open to you bringing up to one (small) dog or one cat for an additional $50 in pet rent. They would need to be neutered/spayed prior to move-in.
