• $400/mo Sleeping quarters with full house privileges strictly for someone starting out or on an extreme budget for temporary accommodations. It is only 40 ft.² and includes a place to sleep, a window, air-conditioning, a fan, shelves, and a desk with drawers. There is no room for access storage and it is not a room for walking around, but just a berth. However, you do get full house privileges. You may upgrade to another room during your lease as it becomes available without penalty.
*NOTE-- priority consideration given to those who are willing and able to help out around the house in their free time. Further discounts or even full room and board at no cost for those with experienced contractor or housekeeping skills.

ABOUT THE PLACE: House itself is very spacious and in a very clean, safe upscale neighborhood notable for its palm tree-lined boulevards and several golf courses just 1-2 miles from five major supermarket chains and multiple service providers with just about every major commercial establishment (restaurants, entertainment and big box/chain stores) you can imagine within 5 miles. It’s just a 20 min. drive to downtown/Central Phoenix (30 to Scottsdale/Tempe), and is right by three major freeways (Interstate 10, Loop 101 and the newer Loop 303 that provides a quick and always traffic-free link to North Phoenix) which makes navigating anywhere pretty convenient (except if during rush hour on I-10).
