Multiple Rooms Available in Newly Purchased House

IMPORTANT: Most of our brand new furniture is unopened and still in boxes (not fully moved in). Two options available:

A) Receive a discount off the posted rental rate in exchange for helping get the place set up if you have time and/or need to move in soon to get first pick on this ideal home and neighborhood, or…

B) Wait until the majority of the basics are done (boxes cleared out and furniture set up in each room and backyard) and new photos are posted later this summer then pay the full listed price for any room(s) if still available by then.
