BACKSTORY:  I recently purchased this house but have not completely moved in yet. I am staying here intermittently throughout the year while working on it but since my job and current home are still in Phoenix (until I sell my properties there) I have been spending much of my time away over there working. Thus, there is still a lot to do at this house as all the brand new furniture is in their original shipping boxes in three of the rooms waiting to be set up and there is no little decor yet (much of which will come from the sales of my condos in Phoenix). I have already added a lot of enhancements, such as security lighting and monitors, smart lighting and switches, biometric and keypad locks on all rooms, an fourth bathroom and suite, and a lot more, I am still slowly and meticulously setting up and tending to all necessary maintenance and repairs that come with a big house, as well as several more extensive enhancements and upgrades and hope to have it in picture-perfect shape soon. It is still spacious and livable of course, just not showroom ready.

I am now posting exterior front, back and aerial drone photos only, along with a floor plan and previous interior photos. If it is important for you to see the rooms I can send a copy with the previous furnishings and dimensions, and/or a picture of what the new furniture will look like once set up, but again as of now three rooms have boxes of furniture and equipment waiting to be opened and set up. I am posting the listing now however in several paid roommate services and unpaid social media sites offering those interested a chance to inquire in advance or move in sooner before the house is completely done. Of course you may wait until the majority of the basics are done (boxes cleared out and furniture set up in all rooms and backyard) and new photos are posted later this year — if still available by then, as rooms fill quickly and with a presence on so many listing sites we do get multiple responses.

ABOUT THE PLACE:  All bedrooms and shared areas include brand new furniture except one which is not yet furnished but may be soon; in the meantime we will accept those with furniture for that room only. Special temporary arrangements are possible until all is settled. Parking is wide driveway accommodating 6 vehicles (3 tandem pairs in a row) as well as two curb parking spots (garage for owner vehicle and storage only).

House is very spacious and in a very safe upscale neighborhood notable for its palm tree-lined boulevards and several golf courses just 1-2 miles from five major supermarket chains and multiple service providers with just about every major commercial establishment (restaurants, entertainment and big box/chain stores) you can imagine within 5 miles. It's just a 20 min. drive to downtown/Central Phoenix but in an exclusive and safe suburb away from the urban mess -- in fact we moved back to the West Valley suburbs where we lived up until 26 years ago to be in a nice, clean and safe area again -- without paying exorbitant prices. With three major freeways (Interstate 10, Loop 101 and the newer Loop 303 that provides a quick and always traffic-free link to North Phoenix) just a couple miles away in three different directions, navigating anywhere in the Valley of the Sun is pleasantly convenient! ---------------------------------------
