**🏠 Lease Takeover / Near ASU West Valley Campus**

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female student to take over my 1-year lease at Paseo Park Apartments, near the ASU West Valley campus.

It’s until Aug 2027 but looking to extend till dec 2027.

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected visa issue, I’m unable to attend ASU this semester and am looking for someone to take over my lease.
