We are renting out one of our rooms. We're looking for a friendly and responsible tenant to join our household.
Must be Clean and keep up on household tasks. NO Exceptions. We like it clean.

Coolest room in the house.
Shared bathroom (When guest are present) otherwise we have our own.
$1100/month (with Utilities Included).

$200 Security deposit.
(Can be paid in increments)
Security deposit 100% refundable if things are left the way you came in.

Kitchen, Bathroom, and Hallway closet, Shared storage space. You will get your own cupboard spaces in the kitchen.
Fridge, is shared.

🧺 New Washer and Dryer in garage. Available for Tennant to use.
(I'm a allergic to most laundry detergent. So I use perfume and dye free. Tide is fine. No boosters or floral detergent or laundry sheets)

💧 House hold runs on Soft water system which is great for you and your health. We also have RO Drinking Water on it's own dispenser.

💦 We also have a high power mist system for being outdoors during hot summer months

🐕 Fur babies --We prefer NO OTHER ANIMALS . Definitely NO CATS. I'm allergic as well.
We have 1 small chiweenie, She's adorable! She will bark at you at first sight then will be your best friend right afterwards. She's a real sweetheart.

🛋️ Shared Spaces: Access to common areas like the kitchen, living room, and backyard. Laundry. Pool.

Friendly Atmosphere. We love people.

Location: We are conveniently centrally located in an established neighborhood.
We are between I-17 and the 101.
