Split floorplan, with landlord bedroom/bathroom on the opposite side of the house from room/bathroom for rent. Great for privacy. I am a semi retired professional commercial real estate broker, kind, friendly and keep to myself for the most part. I have a small dog, named Joy. I'm looking for a professional no drama roommate with good energy that works or attends college during the day. Driveway parking is available for renter and street parking for guests is available. Laundry room has a large washer and dryer. Shared laundry room, den, living room and kitchen are always accessible. Additional closet, shelf space and drawers are availble in the den, which is on the opposite side of the room adjacent bathroom. Internet includes Netflix, Hulu and Prime.
