Hello, I have a spacious master bedroom available for a responsible working adult with no drama. I have a clean and peaceful house, complete with utilities included, a washer/dryer, internet, a 5-foot refrigerator/freezer in the room, and off-street parking, along with ring security cameras. The room is for 1 person only. There is no smoking(vaping) or drinking here. Must be employed full-time outside of the house.. No couples/kids, pets, or girlfriends/boyfriends allowed; it's not that kind of rental. If you are interested and have questions, please feel free to ask. I'm in Glendale off 71st Ave and Bethany Home. Rd. The rent is $775 mo. $200 deposit with a $100 refundable.
