Private unfurnished bedroom available September 1 in a quiet house right on the Phoenix/Glendale line near 35th Ave and the 101. Rent is $800 a month and covers everything: electric, water, trash, and internet. No separate bills, no splitting anything. Carpet is being professionally shampooed this weekend, so you'd be moving into a freshly cleaned room.

Month to month, no long lease to sign. The only deposit is $100 for cleaning, and it's nonrefundable. All I ask is 30 days notice before you move out so I have time to find someone new.

The room is ready September 1, but I'm flexible if you need a little more time. I'll prorate the first month's rent for whatever day you move in.

You'd be sharing the house with me and one other roommate. She's the person you'd share a bathroom with. Kitchen, living room, and laundry are shared. You can park in the driveway or on the street. The garage is mine, so I just need it kept clear so I can get in and out.

A few things up front, because I'd rather be honest than waste anybody's time:

--> I have three dogs. Two of them are big, both ten years old, and about as friendly and mellow as dogs get at that age. They're part of the household and you'll see them every day. If you're not an animal person, this isn't the room for you.
--> I can't take any additional pets. The house is at capacity.
--> 420 friendly, smoke wherever you want. No cigarettes in the house.
--> I'm in grad school, so the house stays pretty quiet. This isn't a party house.
