Optional Furnished Room Near ASU West

ello, Good-afternoon and happy holidays,

I would like to first begin with saying we will be conducting a quick background check(No Felonies) before approval. This room will be available December, 17th

2 Males in 3 bdrm and 2 bath, located in Glendale, right in front of ASU West. We are located close to the I-17, Glendale Stadium. A little about us, we attend classes at ASU, so we are gone during most of the day as we got to study groups and friends houses or at work. We do socialize here and there at house occasionally.
We are an all male house. Females welcomed as well, just a heads up.

We do respect privacy and belongings as we wish you do the same.

Utilities(Wi-fi, Water, and APS) Not Included

Bedroom 3: TV as well with dresser, lamp and bed. There will be a security deposit before move-in.

Couch: The couch is a sectional and for the fact that we are most of the time in our rooms you will have privacy along with a TV to yourself.(Roku) There will be a small deposit as you will occupy that area. Just let me know you would like info about the couch living area.

You are allowed to bring guest as you choose, just let us know.
