Hi everyone! We’re looking for a fourth roommate to join our household. Move in date earliest 12/01.

We’re hoping to find (women only!) someone 25+, respectable, and responsible. We already have a small dog, so we’re looking for someone who doesn’t have additional pets.

You would have your own room downstairs and bathroom. Room is not furnished. Utilities are split 4 ways (electricity, water/trash, gas, wifi, pest control)

Garage parking/ or street parking. New Ac unit/ washer and drying in home. We do have a backyard as well!

HOA community, and gilbert community pools free access (in power ranch)
