Private room + bathroom in beautiful Gilbert home

A nice unfurnished private room with ceiling fan + bathroom in a beautiful 4-bedroom home within Gilbert. The room gets a lot of natural light. The house has fast internet, new appliances (washer + dryer), and a private pool. Kitchen area and family room are shared spaces.

The area has a ton of food/drink options. The place is a few minutes from SanTan Village. Also not far from the highway.

A background check to be added to the lease is required. The remaining lease will be for 8 months, but I have current plans to renew after. Subject to change.

Rent is $1250 per month plus a security deposit of one months rent. Utilities will be split between us (cooler months are cheaper).

There is a second room also available for increased rent if you wish to use it. Just ask.
