Hi! I am a woman in my early 30s and looking to rent out a spare bedroom in my 3-bedroom house. The house is a single-level with a split floor plan - your room and bathroom will be on the opposite side of the house from me, separated by the kitchen, living room, dining area, and den. The room is a standard bedroom with a standard closet. The bathroom is also standard with a full bath/shower. The washer and dryer are also included, and the laundry room is on your side of the house for convenience. You can park your car on the street out front or in the driveway. A garage space may also be available. If you work from home, I have a second room that you can rent to use as your private office.

I have two medium-sized dogs: a 7-year-old male and a 2-year-old female. They are both mixed breeds and very chill and well-behaved. They stay on my side of the house with a pet gate blocking them from entering your side. I don't allow them on the furniture or in the kitchen. I kennel them when I leave the house, and they stay in my room at night.

As for me, I have a hybrid schedule that gets me out of the house every day, but I also work a few hours daily from home in the den. I like to keep the house tidy, especially the common areas (daily sweeping, dusting, dishes, etc). I don't have guests over very often, but I do have friends and family visit occasionally. I am an ambivert, so you can expect me to be really social at times and reclusive when it's time to recharge. The biggest thing for me is that we communicate well with each other as roommates.
