INTRO
We are a married couple of working professionals leasing a spare bedroom in our home. We live with our two dogs and existing female roommate.

ROOM
The room is unfurnished and has a built-in closet. Previous tenants have been able to fit a queen-sized mattress comfortably. You will share a bathroom with double sinks, toilet, shower, and tub with our current roommate.

PARKING
Driveway parking only.

LOCATION
We live in a safe and peaceful neighborhood with two parks that are great for people and dogs alike.
Our house is close to several restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, downtown Gilbert, as well as, the I-60 highway.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Pass a tenant screening and background check. We use RentPrep's Complete Screening Package. You will be reimbursed after signing a lease.
2. Renter's insurance for the duration of your lease. Renter's insurance covers you and your belongings.
