Single room and guest bathroom

The room at current.

To start with, I'd like to warn anyone interested that I cannot guarantee a timeframe that the room will stay available. I am currently trying to get my Visa to go live in Spain where my children currently are. So the length of time the room will be available depends on the length of time it takes to complete the process. So it could be as little as a couple months (hopefully) but could be much longer (if I'm very unlucky). That said, if you want to risk it or think a short term arrangement would be ideal, feel free to read on.

A few things about me:
I am a 40 year old divorced, straight, white male.
I am an Army Infantry Veteran.
I have firearms and a decent amount of blades. (If that's a problem, don't inquire about the room)
I am not religious.
I will have a drink now and then.
I do not smoke. Anything.
I do NOT tolerate illegal drugs.
Don't say you weren't warned.

I have no problems with race, sexuality, gender identity, or religion. I may not understand some aspects but I don't discriminate. Anyone is welcome. If you respect me, then I will respect you. Also, while I am not personally 420 friendly I don't have a problem if you are. All I ask is that you smoke outside and not in the room/apartment.

Now for the living space:

The room is approximately 10'x11' and has a walk in closet.

The guest bathroom is directly across the short hallway and will be exclusively for your use.

The kitchen will be available for you to use. Keeping food and drink items separated or shared can be discussed.

There is an in unit washer and dryer. They are not very big, but they work.

Utilities will be included as long as the bill stays reasonable. If the increase is too drastic, I may ask for extra to help cover the cost.

I'd rather you did not have a pet but I may be willing to compromise.
