I have a large room with double bathroom available. Quiet neighborhood in Gilbert close to Dana Park and Santan Village as well as the 60 and 202. Lots of walking trails
throughout the neighborhood and two parks close by. One dog is welcome. I have lots of storage a
smaller room as well as an additional living room if interested. If you have furniture or lots of things in storage we can probably help you out with other options available. Washer and
dryer. Single story home with a lot of light. Have 3 refrigerators with freezers and a deep freezer. Huge walk around pantry. Off street parking. I am looking for a quiet professional who works and can share roommate rent and help around the house. Wonderful neighborhood with everything you would need on Val Vista & Williams Field. There are 3 rooms here, each one in a different corner of the home so plenty of privacy. I have one other female roommate who works two jobs. Please inquire about a house share.
