About the Housemates: You’ll be sharing the home with 4 other professionals. We value a quiet, clean, and respectful environment. This is a "low-drama" household—perfect for someone who appreciates a peaceful place to work or unwind after work.

This house is for working people who need a place to sleep and do laundry and all the cooking you want in a large kitchen with 2 refrigerators.

This is not a house for entertaining guests, although occasional overnighters can be OK.
In fact, the Living Room and Family Room are temporaritly full of work supplies and tools so neither are currently available as common areas.
