Private Room Available in Gilbert Townhouse

Looking for a female in her late 20s or early 30s to take over my lease in a Gilbert townhouse. I had a family emergency arise that requires my immediate relocation to Oklahoma. The room will be available in the first week or two of January, and I am willing to be flexible in order to fill ASAP.

The house has 3 bedrooms, two and a half baths, a two car garage, washer/dryer, side yard, access to community pool, and is located in a small, quiet, and friendly community just down the road from Downtown Gilbert. You would take over a private room with a shared bathroom. There will be a total of 3 females in the house. No pets allowed. Rent is only $655 monthly plus utilities, which are usually $100-$130, but sometimes slightly higher during peak summer months. I will not be taking my furniture and can leave the room furnished for a very good price if needed.

You will be living with Danielle (31, who you will share the bathroom with) and Kayla (33). Danielle is a personal trainer and loves fitness, body building, living a healthy lifestyle, and is always on the go. Kayla is a teacher and loves to watch sports, hike, and spend time outside. We have such a calm and peaceful vibe in the house, and they’re looking for a working professional to add to the serenity of our home. We don’t party, and value a clean space where we feel safe and at home.
