Unfurnished room for rent

I have two rooms 1 available right now 2/12 and another opening up April first. The rooms are about the same size, one is maybe a little bigger than the other but both have a lot of closet space. There is a shared bathroom that was recently remodeled and has plenty of space for two people’s toiletries. The rest of the house is fully furnished with a 86 inch tv in the living room and a very comfortable couch. A lot of fridge/ freezer space one of them in the kitchen and another one in the garage. Very nice backyard that I just finished remodeling. Has a big pool, decent sized grass backyard, fire pit, and a grill. I do have a 14 week old puppy that is pretty much house trained and stays with me when I go to work or anywhere really. I would prefer to not have any more animals in the house. I divide utilities up three ways every month so you would always only be paying 1/3 of total utilities cost.
