My house is a 1550 sqft home, and 3b2b. You will have your bedroom and a shared bath. The living area and kitchen are an open concept and they are fully furnished. There is some space in the garage for storage.
Parking will be found around the corner from the house, but it is not a long distance away.
The HOA has a community park and pool also available.
I am a 34 year old female professional who enjoys cooking, being outside, and staying active. I like to keep my house clean and tidy, and I want to ensure it is a comfortable place for everyone to be. I am not interested in having large get togethers but being social occasionally at the home is fine.
I also have an 8 year old dog who is friendly towards everyone. If you have another dog I would prefer to do a meet and greet before finalizing move-in.
Our second roommate is a 31 year old male, who you will be sharing a bathroom with. He is a pilot and mainly keeps to himself.
