I am relocating May 2025 and signed a lease until October 2025 so am looking for someone to take over the lease. You would have to pass a background check and have good credit to lease the apartment and would assume it in your name. I am able to leave a few things for furniture as I can't take them with me such as the desk, couch and table for a small fee. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a garage unit for your car and storage. It is also located by the clubhouse with a pool view. Please let me know if you are interested. You are allowed to have a pet, but would have to pay the pet deposits etc. The location is at Redstone of San Tan Village and is across the street from SanTan Village shopping center in Gilbert. I am leaving the deposit for the new tenant to keep at the end of the lease and am also offering $500. Serious inquiries only.
