2100 square foot, 2 story, 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 baths Townhouse in a very upscale, quiet neighborhood in the Solano Townhomes/Cooley Station area located within SE Gilbert. Community pool is 3 houses (200ft) away.
-Located across the street is a Fry's shopping center and within 1 mile is everything needed including: Walmart and Target shopping center which have dozens of eating establishments and also covers all shopping/personal needs.
-Located just North of Williams Field Rd off of Recker Rd.
-East of the ASU Poly-Tech campus/PHX Mesa Gateway Airport (no airplane noise at all).
-Entrance to the 202 Highway is approximately 1 mile away which gives access to be anywhere in the east valley within 20 minutes including Ahwatukee(SE Phoenix) or ASU(North Tempe/Scottsdale)
-Plenty of room for parking.
-Plenty of storage in garage.

-I am a DRAMA FREE recently empty nester. I am an ex-athlete and genetics have gotten the better of me. I am semi-retired and partially disabled. Most my time is spent engaging in pain management activities (physical therapy stretching/excersising/yoga in my room. The household environment is very peaceful & quiet. I like to cook so meals CAN be available to you.
-I can leave the bedroom furnished or you can bring your own bedroom furniture. I also have available all items needed in a household including all appliances, bedding, towels and a full equipped kitchen. I suggest getting a small portable fridge for your room. We can discuss utilities and other details at time of inquiry.
-I expect common courtesy across the board both ways always, please. Pick up after yourself, keep your room clean, etc.
-I require 2 month minimum stay. I do prefer longer stays but will consider month to month rental.
The room is AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY & I can be very flexible on move in date.
-Since there is a lot of scams, my process will include:
1) Texting to start inquiry and to cover the basics
2) A phone conversation for partial screening
3) A face to face reciprocal interview at my townhouse, where you can see the property
4) Complete a simple application that would require:
a) Copy of ID
b) A self run background check
c) Proof of income
d) References (not family).
e) First and last month rent is $1600 for total move in cost. No deposit.
