I was a SuperHost, on AirBnB and have given that up. I am now looking for a mature female room mate. Seeking a friendly, easy going, clean person. Someone who is independent with their own interests. I believe in enjoying life and keeping a positive attitude!
The home is located near Gilbert Rd and Baseline in Gilbert. I am very close to grocery stores and restaurants and other great shopping. Within walking distance to many of these things.
There is a nice sized cul de sac backyard to enjoy. We will of course. share the kitchen and living room. You will have your own bathroom that will be used by any visitors. There is also a small office where an additional T. V. is located and loveseat for a more private , relaxing area. Washer/dryer also.
Common area housework will be shared.
Internet, electric, and water are included. I have a lawn person take care of the yard so we are free to enjoy it. Have never had cable but we get decent antenna T V reception and internet is good for streaming. You will have a driveway parking spot available.

There is a great choice of restaurants and places to "just chill" located there.
