If you need a 3 month stay that will work. The current housemates are all long term with the required month to month lease. The current man in the room was coming for a couple of months, however, his employer just extended his work through September. I do require a 30 day notice to move out. This location is great for contractor work. There are many projects under construction nearby. Whole Foods is one of the newer buildings underway by the San Tan Village Mall.

The AZA - Airport corridor has a lot of expansion. Construction, Flight Schools, Training Programs, Allegiant Air discount traveler, on Assignment Short Term Project: Intel, Northrop Grumman, MD Anderson, Banner Health, Dexcom, MD Helicopters, Gulfstream Aerospace, and all the School systems nearby, make this room convenient for 3 months or more to call home.

The monthly rent includes utilities: Internet, Electric, Gas, Water, Trash and HOA Fee.
