Rent: $1,500/month — all utilities and Wi-Fi included
Security Deposit: $1,250 refundable security deposit, subject to the terms of the rental agreement
Cleaning Fee: $65 refundable
Occupancy: One person only
Renters Insurance: Required for the entire rental term, with proof of coverage required prior to move-in

🛏️ Your Private Space
The bedroom is fully furnished and move-in ready, including a double bed and linens, nightstand, dresser, bookshelf/storage space, closet with hangers, and an in-room mini-fridge.

Tenant will also have their own private bathroom.

📦 Storage
All tenant belongings must be stored within the rented bedroom/closet and designated kitchen storage areas.

No additional household, garage, or exterior storage space is included with the rental.

📋 Application & Screening
All prospective tenants are subject to screening before approval.

A background screening is required, with a $50 applicant-paid screening fee. Applicants must also provide two references, one from previous tenant/landlord and one from current/previous employement

💵 Security Deposit
A $1,250 refundable security deposit is required.

Return of the security deposit and any lawful deductions will be governed by the rental agreement and applicable Arizona law.

🛡️ Renters Insurance
Tenant must maintain renters insurance for the entire month.

Proof of active coverage is required before move-in.
