Room for rent

Dany works and leaves in the mornings. Wife and roomate stay home and work nights. They sometimes stay in the rooms or hang out in the living room during the day. We all help clean, and my wife does most of the cooking (but would love someone who enjoys cooking with others). At night, we either all play games and watch anime together or do our own things (work, sleep, etc). We enjoy smoking together, but only outside (Only vapes are allowed inside). We have home inspections every 6 months so we all do a deep clean and hide the pets (no cats / dogs so we move the cats on the day of). The cats stay in our bedroom to avoid damages and messes. Overall we try to keep the household calm and only invite friends over every now and then. We dont mind guests, we just ask for respect and mindfulness. Neighborhood: We live in a tight knit HOA community. A few blocks down there is a community park and multiple open field areas. A lot of neighbors have dogs and kids, but we all have respect for eachother and the community. No revving, loud music, or yelling late nights during the week. Some neighbors throw parties on the weekends, but we never really do. Parking can be arranged before move in, but please let us know your vehicle. Yard maintenance is a high priority and the HOA has rules with parking and vehicle standards. Let us know if you have any questions.
