ROOM FOR RENT – West Phoenix

Private room available in a clean, peaceful condominium. Rent is $1,000 per month. A pet may be considered with a $160 pet deposit.

I am looking for someone responsible, respectful, clean, and financially stable. This is a quiet home, so I need someone who values privacy, communicates well, and helps keep shared spaces clean.

House rules include:
• No visitors unless discussed with me first
• The door code may not be shared with anyone
• Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and shared areas
• Shared areas must be cleaned weekly
• No smoking inside
• Rent must be paid on time

Utilities will be discussed before move-in. Proof of income, ID, references, and a signed room-rental agreement will be required.
