Looking for someone to join my lease!

Looking for a student or young professional to join my lease! Lease only runs through December with option to renew afterward.
I'm moving back to Seattle and am looking for someone to take over my spot in a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment. Located in the complex "Aura at Midtown" off of North 5th Ave and Osborn Rd. Since my current roommate (who is an downtown Phoenix ASU student) will be staying, we'd ideally love to find another student or young professional to make the transition as comfortable as possible.
About the apartment:
2 bed, 1.5 bath
Your bedroom includes a private half bath connected directly to the room
Spacious living room and full kitchen
Located in a quiet, green area that's close to everything
Only an 8-minute drive to ASU Downtown Phoenix, or an easy ride via the light rail or bus
Rent is $1,407 plus utilities/fees total, split between the two roommates, so it comes out to around $760 each
Apartment is now furnished with prices negotiable for item ie. queen bed, desk, etc.
You would be replacing me on the current lease, which runs through the end of December (subject to approval by the leasing office). After that, you'll have the option to renew the lease if you'd like. My current roommate is already planning to renew and would be happy to continue living with the right person.
