Newly remodeled house in Phoenix proper.

Greetings, my name is Ryan. I work a professional job from home so I am home most days. I technically have 3 bedrooms and a private bath my roommate can use. The three bedrooms and private bath are down their own private hallway. I picture the space perfect for someone who works from home and wants an office. The bedrooms are furnished but can be unfurnished as needed. I have two medium (60lb) dogs who have free roam over the house. I’m looking for a good lifestyle fit as I don’t drink often, don’t smoke. The house is big enough for parties but not looking for a party house (maybe the weekends). Apologies in advance for Zillow photos when I bought it. Looks the same except house keepers come tomorrow and my old roomie is still using those rooms for the next couple weeks.
