I've been living in this beautiful 3 bedroom house for the past 6 months in the amazing historic neighborhood of Encanto. It's across the street from Phoenix College and less than 5 mins away from highway 10 and 17.

The house has a great backyard with turf grass, perfect for the upcoming fall weather to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. I have 2 rooms available that would be sharing a bathroom. All amenities are available of course including the wine fridge. The house has a washer and dryer as well.

I'm 33 years old who has a corporate leadership job. I tend to be lowkey during the week but I love my weekends and I'm usually up to something whether that's hanging out with my friends, going to a music festival, being outdoors or playing sports.

I also have a 6 yr old german husky who is an energetic sweetheart that loves attention. If you have dogs, I am more than happy to have our dogs meet first.
