Recently remodeled kitchen. Medium to large sized room with shared bathroom. Quiet neighborhood with lots of parks and shopping areas. Backyard smoking areas, no smoking in the house. Not looking to rent to couples and no hard drugs! I'm ok with pets if it's a good situation, I don't have a doggy door. I charge more money for pets or children. How much depends on the situation. Everyone is nice, quiet, clean, and respectful. Looking for the same qualities in my new roommate. If you want to see the house or meet in a public place first is OK, just let me know? If you make an appointment to see the house and don't show up, I'm done with you. I've had way to many people not show up or ghost me the same day and waste my time. Thank you
