Hi! I’m looking for a female tenant to take over my spot on a lease for a 3bd/2bath home near downtown Mesa.
There are two bedrooms and one bathroom to yourself for $1,150/month, with one female roommate living in the master bedroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen are fully furnished & private bathroom as well as both private bedrooms are unfurnished. Washer & dryer in unit with garage parking! The neighborhood is super cute and has a community pool, with lots of grass & trees as well. Total rent for the home is $2,300/month ($1,150 base per person) plus utilities and wifi split evenly between tenants. The lease runs through January 31, 2027, with renewal available and move-in can be as soon as April 2026. A background check is required for the application.
You’d be living with one friendly female student also full time working and her sweet cat. It’s a quiet, peaceful home in a gated residential neighborhood close to downtown Mesa and convenient access to the freeways.
We’re looking for someone who is responsible, clean, friendly, and no partying please. Another friendly small dog or cat is okay with a pet deposit fee. If this sounds like a good fit, I’d be happy to connect & share more photos of the two bedrooms and more details to see if it’s a good match!
