ABOUT THE HOUSEHOLD
We are a busy, responsible couple balancing full-time work and our Master’s degrees, living with our sweet infant. Our home atmosphere is relaxed, tidy, and family-friendly. We speak both English and Spanish fluently at home!

We are looking for a trustworthy, respectful student, working professional, or single parent who will appreciate a quiet, positive, and safe home environment.

RENT & PRICING DETAILS
• Base Rent: $725 / month
• Utilities & Essentials Fee: $200 / month flat rate
• Total Monthly: $925 / month (All-Inclusive)

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN UTILITIES & ESSENTIALS
• Utilities: Water, Electricity, Garbage, High-Speed Wi-Fi, and TV usage
• Shared Supplies: Toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent (no need to track household supply splits!)

EXTRA SPACE & ROOM DETAILS
• Need two rooms? We have a third bedroom available if a couple, best friends, or a small family wish to rent both rooms together (reach out for combined pricing!).
• Peace of mind for single renters: You do not need to worry about an unexpected roommate moving into that extra room. The third bedroom will ONLY be rented as a package deal with this one—we are not taking on multiple separate individual tenants.
