HOUSE POLICIES & SCREENING REQUIREMENTS:
To protect the peace, safety, and comfort of the household, the following standards are strictly enforced:
• Single occupancy only (No couples, and a strict limit of 1 temporary guest at a time).
• No pets or animals of any kind allowed on this unit’s property.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on this unit’s property.
• No remote work / Work-From-Home setups or home business operations allowed unless pre-approved by landlord
• Mandatory Cleanliness Standards: Must keep a tidy room and securely bag/remove trash to the outside bins weekly to maintain a pest-free environment.
• Prior to Viewing Room: If interested in viewing the room, please tell me a bit about yourself and ask about viewing rental documents which is required prior to setting time to see the room. Driver License will be required to view room.
• Application Process: 2 months original paystubs & Social Security card. All serious candidates must pass a standard credit, criminal, eviction background check run by landlord. Fee of $35.95 to be collected via Zelle, non-refundable, run through TenantBackgroundSearch. com.
