Private Master Bedroom in Townhome - Fully Furnished/Decorated, large walk-in closet, private Bathroom (shower no tub), private entrance off room off Patio with close parking – Set up like a Mini Studio of Sorts (NOTE: NO share/access to owners’ part of home)

Newly painted (Nov 2025), newer furniture, fully furnished, bedding, Utilities included. Internet NOT included and you can rent your own “portable” internet”. Unassigned off street parking. Some of the included: Full size bed, desk, recliner, dresser, Roku TV, Full size refrigerator, large hutch with microwave, utilities.

Close to Bus Line, Fast Foods, Laundry, Gas, etc...

Solo person rental room only due to room size! No couples, No kids. No Animals, No drugs, No smoking on premises, must be clean, quiet, respectful and good communicators are appreciated.

All paperwork to be signed if rented to you is available to view per request in advance and must be reviewed before room is shown. Due to current renter still living here I will need to give them 48hr notice and will need to be an afternoon showing.

Must meet owner to see room and if interested be able to pass $40 (cash only) non-refundable background/criminal check.

IMPORTANT: If you work from home as an employee (no business’ allowed) it must be disclosed prior to signing lease as there will be a slight rent increase due to added electricity/water/etc.. demands. Lack of disclosure is in violation of lease.
