Private room in 3bd House - Pools, Lakes & Parks

Private room available in 3 bed/2 bath house. One room ready for move in June 1st. Currently looking for a female roommate to occupy a private room in a single story home in Dobson Ranch, Mesa.

I'm Cooper, a woman in my 30's. My roommate Rachel and I are very clean and tidy, and we've enjoyed making friends with past roommates. When our schedules match up, we like to hang out, and we're more into game nights, movie nights, or occasional karaoke versus all night ragers. We'd mesh really well with working professionals or graduate/PhD students who are friendly & willing to split chores.

I'd like to find someone who is looking to stay for at a year, but I'm open to short term if we're a great fit.

Home details:

Single story, no stairs.

Laundry: modern front load washer and dryer in unit

Parking: Carport parking, driveway parking, and tons of street parking right outside. Very easy to park here. There is a garage that provides some storage but there's a working hot tub in it, so we currently don't park there.

Bathroom will be shared with 1 roommate, but and I'm happy to share the other bathroom as well, so we never really have issues with availability.

Non smoking/non vaping home (back yard is ok, just not anywhere inside the house)

There are 2 cats that are friendly, social, & well behaved. They mostly like to hang out in the sunroom & their litter box is kept out there, so the main house stays tidy & smells good.

Community amenities:

Dobson Ranch is a beautiful community of neighborhoods joined by water features. They throw social events (movie nights, community yard sales, seasonal parties) & it's a safe, pretty, uncrowded neighborhood.

4 big swimming pools with rec areas, BBQs, and a splash pad

Lakes, ponds, walking trails, parks and playgrounds.

Tennis Courts, raquetball courts, basketball courts, & pickleball courts

Within a few miles of Target, Albertsons, Trader Joe's, Fry's, Walmart, & Costco.

1.5 miles from Mesa Community College, less than 5 minutes away. ASU is 10 minutes away

Move In Info:

Rent for room: $750

Utilities are split evenly between all 3 residents & include: High speed internet, Electricity, & Water

To move in: Application (free), Background Check ($40, through TransUnion) 1st Month's rent & security deposit (equivalent to one months rent)

Lease is month to month

Room is 10 x 10
