Platonic Roomies Looking for Additional Renter

Hi I’m Delia (28)! My homie Brandon (25) and I have a room for rent in my townhome. The house is a 3 story, 3 bed, 4 bath, 2,000 sq ft townhome in a cute gated community that surrounds a little lake located in West Mesa (Dobson and Baseline).

The available room is small, approx 11x10, has its own closet, and shares a bathroom with Brandon upstairs. The rest of the house has two separate living rooms if you need more space and two other bathrooms available to use. One parking spot is available. The shared living space is furnished already, the room for rent is not.

Monthly rent is $830 plus utilities (Internet is $52 a month and electricity ranges from like $30-130 in the summer. Water is factored into the rent price.)

We’re platonic roommates who became friends through music festivals! Delia likes reading, painting, yoga, photography, traveling, rock climbing, meditation, and thrifting. Brandon is into making music, gaming, anime, manga, and going to edm shows.

Brandon owns a very cute cat! But no other pets please.

Being clean to us means each roomie is responsible for a main chore, jumping in when something needs cleaning, and we having dishes cleaned by the end of the night.

We’re both independent and do our own thing most of the time so we’d be pretty easy to live with!
