The shared bathroom has been completely upgraded. Access to the pool, large grass area and covered tables are a few of the amenities in the community. It is conveniently located near the 60, 101 & 202 and in walking distance to MCC. You will have your own room which is 14x10 rectangle and a walk-in closet with shelves. The common areas are the one bathroom, kitchen, living room and covered patio. The condo shared areas are professionally cleaned once a month. You will also have access to a private washer and dryer. Rent includes electric & water, 2 parking spots and access to the pool. $900 rent for one person / max 2 people per room. $1100 rent for 2 people. Minimum 12-month lease. You will be rooming with my dad John. He is 80 and retired. He pretty much keeps to himself, is self-sufficient and in great health. He likes to read, do crossword puzzles and watch old westerns. He is a smoker however, he only smokes outside. There is no smoking allowed inside the home. He wakes up about 6 and is in bed by 8. He doesn’t leave the house much unless to take Dot for walks or grocery shopping. He loves to tell stories and is laid back and easy going. My dad gets along with everybody!
